Welcome to My New Embroidery Site
My name is Sandy Lightfoot , married to a great guy called Fred for 45 years and parents to four awesome sons, all married who have blessed us with 5 beautiful grandchildren.
I live in the tiny hamlet of Hosmer in British columbia, Canada. At the turn of the century, this place we’ve called home for the past 36 years, was a bustling mining community but it’s very quiet now and like a ghost town (just the way I like it).
Although I’ve been digitizing for the last 13 years, in my former life I made my living as an artist and a designer / writer of machine knitting patterns. Being an artist is helpful in this craft of digitizing, as it nullifies acquiring clip art from other sources and so avoiding
copy infringement issues.
As you’ll see, the Embroidery aspect of my site is new, therefore just a few designs and projects are available for purchase available at this moment, but stick around and visit often to see my new
creations popping up as frequently as I can produce them.

All my designs are original and copyright protected. When you purchase my designs you are permitted to use them on garments and items that you embellish for your own use and to sell, however, the actual software design may not be shared with anyone, not even your very best friend. You paid for it with your own hard-earned dollar, so it’s yours to use but not to share. To copy isn’t fair and it’s illegal.
